Whilst we take every care to ensure all nails and sharp edges are removed prior to dispatch, occasionally we may have missed one and therefore products must be handled with care
Pallet Deliveries:
It is IMPORTANT that you have sufficient access to accommodate the delivery vehicles and the manoeuvering of pallets. The area for delivery must be level and solid ground(tarmac, paving, concrete) the pump trolleys are handled manually so cannot be taken up/down curbs or positioned on loose ground.
Pallet Boards:
All pallet boards supplied are supplied as raw untreated and unsanded wood. The boards are supplied in either mixed lengths or similar size lengths. All boards have the nails sawn off however while every effort is made to ensure every nail has been sawn, the ocassional nail may remain. We therefore advise care to be taken when handling the pallet boards.
Customer Requests:
Customers can request specific pallet board features such as same width, same thickness, same length or a specific shade of wood. We will do our best to meet these requests however as there are 100's of varieties of pallet shapes, sizes and colours available and with each customers vision being different we may not be able 100% meet these requests. Requests also depend on our stocks at the time of order.
